As part of the upcoming Hastings Sustainability Showcase, all students in Port Macquarie-Hastings schools are invited to enter an art competition to be exhibited and judged at the Showcase on March 1-2, 2019.
Theme: ‘What sustainability means to me’
Specifics: Maximum A3 sized, 2 dimensional, Any medium.
Categories: Preschool, K-2, 3-6 and High School
Prizes: Overall winner will receive a $300 donation to their school and individual prizes valued at $50 will be given to the winner of each category.
Entries close: Monday 25th February.
Entries must be delivered to one of these locations:
- Port Macquarie Hastings Council – 17 Burrawan Street, Port Macquarie
- Port Macquarie Library – Grant Street, Port Macquarie
- Laurieton Library – Laurie St, Laurieton
- Wauchope Library - High St, Wauchope
Only one entry per student. All entries must be clearly labelled on the back of the art work with student name, category, school and school contact person and number.
Judging will be completed by our special guest during the morning of Sat March 2nd and announced on the day.
