- Fermenting workshop including sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha
- Practical upcycling solutions to avoid waste and save money

- Helmet fitting, bicycle maintenance and bike safety
- Making small vege gardens work
For businesses, as well as the Sustainable Business Management seminars on Friday, on the Saturday there are a couple of great workshops specifically about energy and solar for businesses:
- 10.00-11.00am Energy Management Basics for Business (with the NSW OEH Energy Training Team)
- 1.00-2.00pm Monitoring commercial solar installations (with Nigel Morris, Giles Parkinson and Brian England)
